2022 Fall Baseball
NAYB Fall Ball 2022
In an effort to give kids the opportunity to play more baseball in the fall season, NAYB has decided to enter several teams into the 9U and 12U Extra Innings Fall Baseball League. More information is available below. Note: Space is limited for each division as noted below, but we may open up more space if the demand is there. Registration closes on August 23rd at 11:59 PM or as teams fill up (whichever comes first).
Note: Starting with Fall Ball, NAYB is switching to 2023 Cal Ripken Age Rules. The age your child should register for will depend on their age as of April 30th, 2023. For example, if your child turns 10 years old in April 2023, he/she should register for the 12U program. You can view the updated age chart on our website

If you have interest in coaching, please indicate so during the registration process by creating a volunteer role for yourself.
Extra Innings 9U Baseball League
- $100 to register
- For Cal RIpken 7-9 year olds.
- Runs on Saturdays from 9 AM - 12 PM with a 1 hour warm-up followed by a game against another team in the league. Note: Coaches may schedule 1 practice per week in NA on a weeknight (Mondays-Friday) if desired based on team availability.
- Games start on September 10th and run through October 16th (Saturday mornings only). Standings (wins/losses) are NOT tracked.
- Games are a mix of home games in North Andover and away games in other local towns.
- 46/60 diamond size (same as Carl Thomas fields). Kid pitch with some restrictions to keep games reasonable for the age.
- 28 kids maximum. A waitlist will be created after the maximum is reached. If there is enough demand to create 3+ teams with a reasonable number of players on each team, we will expand the registration cap to allow more kids in. We will monitor registration numbers as the registration period progresses and expand the cap earlier if we think we'll easily be able to create 3+ teams.
Extra Innings 12U Baseball League
- $140 to register
- For Cal Ripken 10-12 year olds.
- Runs on Sundays from 9 AM - 12/1 PM (2-game doubleheader against another team in the league). Note: Coaches may schedule 1 practice per week in NA on a weeknight (Monday-Friday) if desired based on team availability.
- Games start on September 11th and run through October 16th (Sunday mornings only). Standings (wins/losses) are NOT tracked.
- Games are a mix of home games in North Andover and away games in other local towns.
